Australia and the Australian Communications and Media Authority.
Local Content
GEM FM
complies with Australian Communications and Media Authority
Broadcasting Service Act
(Material of Local Significance - Notice).
GEM FM provides at least three hours of Local Content,
Monday to Friday.
GEM FM Breakfast (Locally produced and hosted) 6am-10am.
GEM FM Workday (Locally produced and hosted) 10am-2pm.
GEM FM District News (Locally produced and hosted) 25 times weekly.

Presenter Agreements
To ensure GEM FM complies with
the Broadcasting Standards Act 2000
we are obliged to disclose
any commercial agreements GEM FM Presenters may have.
Staff employed by GEM FM (Northern Broadcasters Pty Ltd)
have NO commercial
agreements in place.
Some programs on GEM FM are relayed from the Supernetwork group of
stations,
these can
include NEW FM. A register of any agreements these
presenters
may have can be viewed by visiting
